How it works?
It's easy all you need to do is email or better still ring us, make an appointment,
then be at the property at the arranged time to let the cameraman in, wait there
while filming takes place, and that's about it, for you, we'll take care of the
rest.
What happens next is the video will be edited and uploaded to the Property videos
online website. Each video will have it's own unique web address, this address will
then be emailed to you, you can then pass this link to your estate agent (or we
can do it for you) and ask them to place it in their webpage with your property
detalis, for example, on the estate agents website page of your property, at the
bottom,the estate agent can add one line of text which will say "to view a video
of this property please go to www.propertyvideosonline.co.uk/(your address). This
will take any potential buyer directly to the video of your property. Alternatively,
if your selling your property yourself via an online estate agent website, then
you can easily just log into your property webpage on that website and add the link
yourself.
How much will it cost?
Prices start at £125 for a 1 bedroom property, with £25 added for every
extra bedroom.
All videos can be custom made, to be decided by you, ie text can be added to the
video as it's playing, text such as "front single bedroom", "south facing garden",
"gas central heating" etc.
Also, some background music from our library will be added.
Finally, at the beginning and end of your video will be the estate agents details,
and yours if you wish.
